Smartcash PSB

Initially, I was not enjoying it, the kobo doesn't add up or subtract, only the naira side. There also use to be ommition of some transactions in the history. I found it difficult to upgrade from Tier 2 to 3. With the upgrade and introduction of "Saver" which adds interest, I have found the App worth the while, useful and interesting to use. I recommend it.

The cashback is mouth watering. As a matter of fact, registration on the platform is as easy as 'A B C'. Downloading the app is not complicated either, so is the interface self ecplanatory. USSD on the other hand. easily access theSmartcash account without any stress. The only exception is network coverage in some geographic locations.I think extending area of coverage in Nigeria is key. Although, data is very expensive nowadays, i think the rebate in Smartcash amount to a good one. Thank you

This app have so much errors, most times your transaction go successfully and you get debited but on the other side it won't reflect. I have suffered this countless times, and secondly their customer service in the app doesn't work unless you call their customer care line, which is so frustrating. I would have given it a 5 star rating but these errors need to be corrected for smooth and seamless transitions.
